Halting at one of the topmost floors, the elevator door opened, revealing to them a grand, lavish corridor, full of light yellow-coloured mini lights and a lot of flowery plants and climbers. A few steps ahead they were standing in front of the Penthouse Apartment that Drishti had bought as a property asset. Because Abhimanyu refused to return to his family-owned properties and didn’t have any other place to go to, this apartment would serve well as a safe shelter, or so thought Drishti.
Abhimanyu and Muskan, covered in splashes of blood, entered the deluxe, exclusively well-prepared apartment and inserted the card key into a scanner to switch on the electricity flow into it. Regardless of the circumstances, a harsh truth was that both of them were home after committing murders of not just one, but two humans. The legal repercussions would be ruthless, and they were not in a condition to think about their future at the moment.
